Job Summary
The Product Owner III will be instrumental in the digitalization efforts of the Swiss Army's Cyber Command, focusing specifically on Access and Transport Services. Key responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and developing features based on the product roadmap and user needs for ICT systems procurement. You will own and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring transparency, and collaborating closely with system architects and security representatives to maintain architectural and security compliance. This role requires supporting agile teams in understanding, implementation, and test automation. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in IT/Telecommunications, proven experience as a Product Owner (ideally SAFe certified), and technical understanding of network, transport services, or military communication systems. This is a unique opportunity to build the new digital platform within a dynamic and security-relevant ICT structure.
Required Skills
Education
University/ETH/FH degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications Engineering. Military training (Officer or Senior Non-Commissioned Officer) is advantageous.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Product Owner following SAFe principles, ideally in network or communication systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence interacting with military organizational units.
- Willingness to work within security-relevant ICT structures.
