Job Summary
As a 1st Level IT Supporter, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, providing swift and effective solutions to technical challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering calls, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, creating and documenting support tickets, and escalating complex problems to 2nd Level Support. This role requires strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to assist both customers and internal teams via phone and in writing. The ideal candidate will possess an IT-related education or equivalent qualification, initial experience in IT support or customer service, and good knowledge of Windows systems and basic network technologies.
