Job Summary

This role involves managing technical and commercial aspects of building and energy operations, focusing on critical systems like sanitation, water supply, roofing, fire extinguishing systems, and heating. The Technical Property Manager ensures compliance with legal regulations and safety standards for technical installations, translating strategic guidelines into actionable measures while considering current legal updates and innovative approaches. Responsibilities include short, medium, and long-term planning, operational implementation of measures within assigned trades (managing costs, quality, and deadlines), and coordinating with planning offices and contractors. The position also requires optimizing system functionality and efficiency, coordinating with internal partners and users, managing third-party customer accounts (rent and utility costs), and supporting building operations with CAD and SAP RE-FX. This is a crucial role for ensuring efficient and compliant facility management.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Energy Technology, Building Services Engineering, Supply Engineering, Facility Management, Technical Building Equipment (TGA), or a comparable field.
