Required Skills
Education
Completed training in the (formerly) higher non-technical civil service OR successful completion of Administrative Course II (formerly A II)
Experience
- Several years of leadership experience, plus successful completion of a leadership training course (e.g., "IZF – Leading in the Future")
- Alternatively, at least 5 demonstrable years of leadership experience combined with a willingness to participate in targeted leadership training
- Professional experience in public administration or a comparable field
