Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the technical building management for one of Europe's largest and most demanding real estate portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing technical building management, steering service providers, and ensuring operator responsibility through software-supported inspection and maintenance plans. Key tasks include organizing and coordinating technical and structural repair measures, managing costs, quality, and deadlines, and maintaining data quality. The position also involves preparing tenders for framework agreements and providing expert advice to object management and clients on technical systems.
