Job Summary

This role involves the independent management and execution of maintenance activities within the electrical engineering domain for approximately 200 properties in Worms, Germany. The successful candidate will organize and initiate expert inspections, oversee and document their completion, and manage defect rectification. They will also contribute to the selection and implementation of IT-supported maintenance management systems and support new construction, renovation, and expansion projects. This position offers a diverse and largely autonomous work environment within a supportive team, collaborating with internal planners and external contractors, and ensuring the operational optimization of technical facilities.
