Job Summary
As a Laboratory Manager, you will lead the technical staff and laboratory assistants within the Assay Development Group of the Research & Development department. Your daily responsibilities will include personnel management, development, and resource planning for prioritized projects, acting as a crucial interface with other R&D teams. You will also support general lab organization, ensure smooth operations, and interact with scientific personnel while implementing quality assurance measures. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a leading global company in in-vitro diagnostics, setting standards in allergy and autoimmune disease analysis, and ensuring high-quality product delivery through innovative solutions and a motivated team.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or university degree (Life Sciences, B. Sc., M. Sc., or similar)
Experience
- Profound professional experience in personnel management
- Several years of professional experience in laboratory operations (Life Sciences, In-vitro Diagnostics)
- Open, communicative personality
- Organizational talent with a reflective leadership culture
