Job Summary

This role is for an enthusiastic Process Manager who enjoys analyzing, designing, and collaboratively developing future-proof solutions for a modern city administration. The ideal candidate will work in the Department of Human Resources, Legal, and Central Services, within the Organization and IT division, focusing on building and enhancing operational process management. The goal is to sustainably, efficiently, and citizen-orientedly shape administrative processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing, modeling, and optimizing processes, developing process standards, and advising organizational units. This position offers a structured, digitally-minded individual the chance to initiate change and contribute to a forward-thinking public service environment.

Required Skills

Education

Ability for career group 2.1 of the general administrative service, German pension insurance, financial administration as a graduate in finance (Diplom-Finanzwirt/in) or judicial service as a graduate in law (Diplom-Rechtspfleger/in (FH)); alternatively: ability for career group 2.1 of the municipal administrative service - VBWL (B.A.); alternatively: completion of administrative course II; alternatively: university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in Business Administration.
