Job Summary
This role involves the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building systems within a crisis-proof family business. The Facility Manager will be responsible for operating and adjusting building technical systems, conducting regular inspections, and performing minor repairs on doors, windows, and other fixtures. The position also includes basic maintenance tasks that do not require specialized expertise and occasional courier services. Key requirements include a completed vocational training in a skilled trade, practical knowledge in building management, and proficiency in MS Office and CAFM systems. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training in a skilled trade or equivalent; Qualification as an authorized person for elevator operation (TRBS 2181 and 3121); Qualification as an electrician for specified activities (EffT) (advantageous)
Experience
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or equivalent professional training
- Practical knowledge in building management (advantageous)
