Job Summary
As a Reliability Engineer, you will be a key expert in Progressive Maintenance, implementing data-driven strategies, processes, and tools to optimize plant availability (OEE), reliability, and economic efficiency of technical systems, while adhering to safety, quality, and economic standards. Your day-to-day will involve systematic analysis of equipment failures, developing technical solutions to prevent recurrence, and optimizing maintenance processes for production and infrastructure. You will also play a crucial role as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the CORE Readiness project team, contributing to the implementation of the new SAP S4 Hana system environment for Maintenance, including process reviews, data cleansing, and User Acceptance Tests. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by improving operational efficiency and reliability within a leading chemical/pharmaceutical company.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Control Technology, or a comparable field
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
- Sound knowledge in Maintenance and Reliability
- Leadership experience in partial projects (desirable)
