Job Summary

As a Senior Scientist in Process Technologies & Protein Engineering, you will be at the forefront of innovation, blending chemistry, automation, and digital technologies. Your daily tasks will involve designing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical experiments, focusing on optimizing reaction conditions using automation and AI-powered tools to enhance yield, quality, cost-efficiency, patentability, sustainability, and safety. You will act as a scientific expert in catalyst screening and reaction optimization, leading the development of closed-loop platforms for iterative optimization. This role requires close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including process chemists, IT specialists, and automation engineers, to seamlessly integrate new technologies.
