Job Summary
This role is for a dynamic leader to head the IT Support team at Schleswig-Holstein Netz, a key player in Northern Germany's energy sector. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 7 employees, fostering their professional and personal growth while shaping the client software and end-device landscape across the HanseWerk Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing support operations across various locations, gathering feedback, and continuously optimizing IT service quality. This position requires active participation in group-wide projects with other E.ON subsidiaries and representing HanseWerk in relevant committees. Required Skills
Education
Technical university degree or degree from a university of applied sciences
Experience
- Several years of professional experience
- Initial leadership experience (ideally)
- Comprehensive knowledge in ITIL-Framework
- Technical experience in Windows Client administration
