Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will be the primary technical contact for public sector clients, responsible for the full lifecycle of hardware and system management. Your daily tasks will include installing, configuring, and commissioning hardware such as laptops, peripherals, and printers for end-users. You will also be the first point of contact in the 'IT-Bar', addressing and resolving user issues, performing cross-functional troubleshooting, and documenting all work steps. This role involves setting up devices after malfunctions and coordinating repairs for defective hardware components, as well as contributing to IT projects. This position offers the opportunity to independently manage complex technical tasks and apply your extensive experience in user and onsite support within a critical public sector environment.
