Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician responsible for managing and resolving IT incidents and service requests using a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks involve maintaining and repairing media technology for video and audio conferencing, as well as handling the complete client lifecycle, including software installations (OS & SW), network connections, and data backup/restoration. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong knowledge of media technology devices like ClickShare solutions and projectors, and expertise in Windows client environments (Win 8-11), particularly in client installation and delivery, and IT infrastructure. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to work with an IT service provider, focusing on hands-on technical support and client service.
