Job Summary

The Technical University of Rosenheim is seeking a Research Associate in Nursing, Health, or Social Sciences for the "Prev-It" project, starting January 1, 2025. This part-time role (60% FTE) is based in Rosenheim and is limited until October 31, 2025. The project focuses on preventing nursing under-provision for elderly individuals receiving home care, particularly when primary caregivers are no longer available. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and coordinating training concepts for nursing advisors, conducting outcome and process evaluations, managing data collection and analysis, organizing project events, supervising non-scientific staff, and communicating with partners.
