Job Summary

This role is for a Head of Maintenance at EEW Energy from Waste, a leading European company in thermal waste and sewage sludge utilization, located in Stavenhagen. The successful candidate will lead the company's workshops and warehouse, ensuring the overall plant availability. Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing all maintenance activities, managing annual revisions and plant shutdowns, and implementing investment projects. The position requires strong leadership skills to motivate and develop employees, alongside ensuring compliance with ISO certifications and analyzing system malfunctions. The ideal candidate will possess a background in electrical engineering, process technology, or mechanical engineering, with solid experience in power plant or waste incineration plant maintenance and proficiency in SAP.
