Job Summary

As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing international assignments from preparation to implementation, collaborating closely with internal leadership and external service providers. Your daily tasks will involve ensuring legal compliance and international tax law for seconded employees, coordinating relocation services, and providing crucial tax information for payroll, including hypothetical tax calculations. A key part of your role will be optimizing and developing new and existing secondment concepts, as well as drafting and adjusting assignment contracts and relevant company agreements. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in international HR, tax, or finance, who possesses excellent project management and intercultural communication skills, contributing to a high-tech company focused on sustainable energy.
