Job Summary
This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for IT governance at FIEGE, focusing on developing and implementing policies, processes, and standards to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency across the IT landscape. The successful candidate will establish and evolve an IT standardization initiative to reduce complexity and enhance IT resilience, while also building and leading the Enterprise Architecture function, defining target architectures, and deriving IT strategy actions. Key responsibilities include managing the project portfolio, overseeing IT service, asset, and demand management, and collaborating closely with executive management and external partners to align IT with strategic business goals. The role also involves leading and developing a skilled team, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification
Experience
- Comprehensive leadership experience in IT-related governance or strategy functions
- Proven success in complex organizations
- Deep knowledge in IT governance, enterprise architecture, project portfolio management, and IT service management
- Sound knowledge of current technologies, IT operating models, and regulatory requirements
