Job Summary

As a Process Planner specializing in Logistics, you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing logistical workflows for parts manufacturing and assembly within a leading international technology company focused on drive solutions. Your daily tasks will involve planning work sequences, equipment, and standard times, while integrating ergonomic, manufacturing, and assembly insights, alongside quality, economic, and safety requirements. You will conduct profitability analyses for logistical processes, prepare make-or-buy decisions, and identify rationalization potentials by implementing Lean principles. This role requires driving continuous improvement in logistics, leading process quality initiatives, and creating technical specifications and work instructions. You will ensure adherence to technical standards, including packaging planning, and support FMEAs, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction.
