Job Summary

As a Maintenance Electrician at PAV in Zella-Mehlis, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and continuously improving the company's technical infrastructure. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting faults on machine tools, procuring necessary spare parts, and independently performing repairs and modifications. You will also contribute to exciting automation projects, including worker guidance systems, power consumption monitoring, PV installations, and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. This role offers the opportunity to enhance and expand modern operational technology, such as LED conversions, while collaborating closely with mechanics and design engineers. This position is attractive due to its no-shift schedule, potential for a 4-day work week, and a supportive team environment, all within a permanent employment contract.
