Job Summary
This role is for an IT Technician specializing in network and infrastructure support, working for a leading IT service provider in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing technical tasks related to network cabling, patching, and the installation/removal of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Day-to-day activities also include initial system configurations based on technical instructions and diligent ticket processing and documentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified IT professional to work with a major client, Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH, across their Zwickau and Chemnitz locations, with strong potential for permanent employment and career growth within a modern work environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience working with network hardware and cabling
- Good knowledge of using ticket systems and implementing technical specifications

- Flexibility for assignments at Zwickau and Chemnitz locations, willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
