Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician to work as a field service technician based in Ludwigshafen, Germany, for one of Europe's leading IT service providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling individual IT assignments, including incident resolution and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, following pre-defined routes and schedules. Daily tasks involve troubleshooting IT equipment by replacing components, verifying and documenting device data, and reporting completed work to service coordination. The position requires a completed IT-related education, solid knowledge of IT infrastructures and Microsoft operating systems, and experience in troubleshooting. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent working conditions, a company car (for business use), and strong potential for direct employment with the client.
