As the Group Leader for Digitalization & Core IT, you will strategically and operationally lead an interdisciplinary team, driving digital transformation in collaboration with the corporate group. This role involves overseeing Core IT, software, infrastructure, networks, IT security, applications, MES, IT support, and the integration of production systems. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's digital future by advancing the software landscape, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative Industry 4.0 approaches in production. Key responsibilities include managing IT and digitalization projects, ensuring system availability and security, developing AI-based applications, and optimizing data management. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Automation Technology, or a comparable technical/commercial field
Experience
- Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role within an IT environment
- Ideally, experience in a production environment within a medium-sized company
- Proven success in leading complex IT projects with a strong operational implementation focus
- Ideally, knowledge in the application of artificial intelligence for process optimization
- Very good understanding of operational manufacturing processes and their optimization
