Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive administration, maintenance, and analysis of building control systems across various properties. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining a structured energy management system, including tracking, documenting, and analyzing energy consumption data to identify and resolve inefficiencies. A key aspect of the role is developing and implementing energy-saving measures, preparing annual energy reports, and overseeing the technical aspects of energy and building systems. Additionally, the position includes project coordination, procurement of energy resources, and managing funding applications. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Technical Building Equipment (Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation, Climate), Facility, Building, and/or Energy Management/Economics, Energy, Environmental, Supply Technology, or comparable qualification. Additional qualification in energy management and energy consulting is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in energy management, facility management, or building services
