Job Summary
This pivotal Product Manager role focuses on leading the global strategy, development, and lifecycle management of an in situ hybridization (ISH) probe portfolio for a leader in diagnostic solutions for pathology and oncology. The successful candidate will define and manage the ISH probe product portfolio, conduct market research, and partner with R&D to define product requirements and launch plans. Day-to-day, this involves developing marketing collateral, engaging key opinion leaders, managing financial aspects like pricing and revenue forecasting, and collaborating with regulatory and quality teams. This position offers a strategic opportunity to advance precision diagnostics within a fast-paced, collaborative environment where scientific expertise meets commercial strategy to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field; advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) preferred
Experience
- 5+ years in product management, marketing, or related role in molecular diagnostics, pathology, or life sciences
- Strong understanding of in situ hybridization, molecular pathology, and oncology diagnostics
- Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles from concept to commercialization
- Strong business acumen with experience in market analysis, forecasting, and pricing
