Job Summary

This leadership role involves establishing a new drug substance development and production unit for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC) at Daiichi Sankyo's Pfaffenhofen/Ilm site. The successful candidate will lead the setup of a bioconjugation process development laboratory and oversee the construction of a GMP bioconjugation area within a new biotechnological development and production building. Key responsibilities include recruiting and managing scientific development and GMP production teams, preparing production plans, and acting as the main technical contact for process-related questions.
