Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration (e.g., Diplomverwaltungswirt, Verwaltungsfachwirt, Bachelor of Laws), or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a degree in Social Work, Social/Curative Education, Bachelor of Psychology, Bachelor of Arts (Social Work), or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a completed vocational training of at least three years with several years of relevant experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in individual counseling and support
  • Professional experience in conducting courses/workshops
  • Professional experience in project organization and documentation
  • Experience in the field of migration is advantageous
  • Knowledge of foreigner law and the regional labor market is desirable
  • Knowledge of various counseling methods (e.g., Case Management, Empowerment) is advantageous
  • Knowledge in processing publicly funded projects is advantageous
