Job Summary
This role involves acting as a key contact for member institutions regarding care rate topics, specifically focusing on remuneration offers within elderly care (SGB XI) and child and youth welfare (SGB VIII). The specialist will be responsible for preparing, creating, and negotiating these remuneration offers with cost bearers. Additionally, the position includes providing high-level support to the department head, representing the organization in working groups and expert committees at the state level, and contributing to the implementation of new legal regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and a structured, team-oriented approach, thriving in a dynamic environment where they can actively shape processes and contribute to meaningful work.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Economics, Social Management, Business Administration, or a commercial/nursing education with further qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in public and private welfare or institutional operations (beneficial)
- Knowledge of SGB VIII / XI financing systems
- Experience in cost calculation
