Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the flawless operation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment and systems across various areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities. The successful candidate will plan and oversee renovation and optimization projects for central technical systems, as well as maintain and repair all building technology for office, hotel, and retail spaces. Key responsibilities include conducting technical revisions and maintenance, especially in HVAC and refrigeration, and diagnosing and resolving complex malfunctions. This position offers a varied workplace within a 10-person team, collaborating closely with external companies. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, ventilation, or plumbing, coupled with practical experience in the repair and installation of climate control and refrigeration units.
