Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Team Leader in Project Management, focusing on traffic infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of customer projects, ensuring project goals are met and established project management methodologies (IPMA) are applied. You will build and lead a small, effective project management team of 1-2 employees, serve as the primary contact for clients in technical consulting, and conduct price negotiations with clients and subcontractors. Key responsibilities also include project controlling, cost monitoring, post-calculation, and change order management.
