You will lead projects from conception through all planning phases, managing a small, diverse team and fostering the development of junior staff. Key responsibilities include integral planning supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM) and close collaboration with various departments like architecture, structural engineering, and electrical engineering, as well as external specialists.
