Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT professional with a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, possessing extensive professional experience in an agile project environment. The successful candidate will join an IT team focused on Microsoft Dynamics, primarily responsible for the support, further development, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights). Key responsibilities include analyzing technical requirements from Business Product Owners, implementing sustainable technical solutions, developing and maintaining interfaces to other applications like SAP, and proactively resolving support cases.
