Join Glow25, a rapidly growing beauty and pro-aging company in Berlin, as a Facilities Manager / Technical Lead. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure at the Berlin-Reinickendorf site. Your day-to-day will involve performing minor repairs, coordinating external specialists for larger tasks, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. A key focus will be on implementing and enforcing work safety standards, conducting safety training, and acting as the central point of contact for all safety-related matters. You will also manage office spaces, oversee service providers, and lead small projects for technical optimization and energy efficiency. This position is ideal for a proactive, hands-on professional with strong technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining a safe and functional work environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in building technology, facility management, maintenance, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in building technology, facility management, or maintenance
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a logistics or production environment
- Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Knowledge of building regulations, occupational safety, and fire protection regulations
