This role involves overseeing the technical and structural maintenance of various properties, primarily in the office, retail, logistics, and residential sectors. The Technical Facility Manager will coordinate external service providers, conduct regular inspections and minor repairs, and ensure overall property safety and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include documenting activities in a CAFM system, acting as a primary contact for building management issues, and coordinating infrastructural services like winter maintenance. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Plumber, or equivalent, with further training in technical Facility Management
Experience

- Profound knowledge and experience in technical building management
- Experience in managing rental and commercial properties
