Job Summary
This role involves leading and executing IT infrastructure projects, serving as a key technical contact for clients. Day-to-day tasks include planning, implementing, and maintaining IT projects such as network and firewall migrations, server and storage transitions (on-premises, hybrid, cloud), and virtualization initiatives. The ideal candidate will also implement VoIP and Teams telephony solutions, backup and disaster recovery concepts, and modernize data center environments. A significant part of the role involves providing 3rd-level support for complex technical issues and independently documenting project details.
