Job Summary

Join the Laboratory for Intelligent Global Health and Humanitarian Response Technologies (LiGHT) at EPFL, a top-ranked international research hub focused on developing AI tools for limited-resource global health settings. This pivotal role anchors the lab’s operational efficiency while providing high-level executive support to the Directors. Day-to-day responsibilities involve translating strategic goals into structured workflows, managing HR processes, overseeing compliance documentation, and coordinating complex international travel and calendars across multiple institutions and time zones. You will also lead event logistics and strengthen internal communications across a large, interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent experience, a proven track record in complex coordination, and excellent organizational skills.
