Job Summary

As an Operations Manager in Marl, you will lead the plant's operations, focusing on effective waste throughput and cost-efficient work. Your responsibilities include managing an existing incineration plant, a newly built tank farm, and a new incineration plant currently in commissioning. A key part of your role is ensuring full compliance with internal and legal standards for safety, health, and environment, while also leading a team of masters, foremen, plant operators, and logistics staff. You will drive continuous improvement processes based on KPIs in coordination with maintenance, sales, and the laboratory, and engage with supervisory authorities and the internal HSEQ department.
