Job Summary

As an Aircraft Turnaround Coordinator at Zurich Airport (ZRH), you will be crucial in ensuring the safe and punctual handling of international flights for dnata Switzerland AG, part of the prestigious Emirates Group. Your core responsibilities include performing Load Control (Weight & Balance) calculations and coordinating all ground handling activities, such as fueling, baggage handling, and the smooth boarding and deboarding of passengers. You will act as the central communication hub, liaising constantly between the flight crew, gate staff, ramp personnel, and airline representatives. This demanding, shift-based role requires a highly responsible, assertive, and customer-oriented individual capable of maintaining strict adherence to airline-specific and internal process guidelines while ensuring complete and accurate flight documentation.
