This role involves the conceptualization and development of mechanical components for optical sensors using 3D CAD (SolidWorks), creating technical drawings, and documenting designs. You will be instrumental in developing new mechanical concepts to enhance existing products and optimize processes, working closely with production and purchasing to ensure technical feasibility and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate will take project responsibility for mechanics throughout the product development lifecycle, supporting technical data management in PDM systems.
