Job Summary

This role is for a Complaint Management Specialist in Medical Technology, focusing on handling complaints related to transfusion medicine and cell therapy products. Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a technical assistant or in a comparable role
  • Professional experience in complaint processing, preferably in medical devices
  • Experience in transfusion technology or transfusion medicine is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in medical device documentation is beneficial
