Job Summary

As a Field Applications Scientist for Pharma Analytics in the North-Central region, you will be instrumental in supporting customers using best-in-class solutions for lot-release and in-process quality control of life-saving medicines. Your day-to-day will involve delivering post-sales support through training, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization, both on-site and remotely. You will collaborate with customers to implement Pharma Analytics solutions efficiently, act as a customer advocate to influence product improvements, and provide technical feedback to internal teams. This role requires a strong scientific background in biochemistry or molecular biology, hands-on experience with various PCR and sequencing technologies, and familiarity with biopharma regulatory environments.
