Job Summary
As Team Lead Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction and future of a large non-profit organization. You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a finance team, overseeing the preparation of annual financial statements, and centrally managing budget planning. This position involves ensuring smooth daily operations, independently handling ad-hoc financial inquiries, and actively participating in key finance projects such as the implementation of a Document Management System and Corporate Planner. The ideal candidate is numerically astute, digitally proficient, and brings a strategic mindset to financial management, contributing to meaningful work within a supportive environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration/Finance or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in accounting and balance sheet management
- Initial leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role
- Experience with common financial accounting (FiBu) and office applications
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of church budgeting law or compliance topics in the non-profit sector (plus point)
