The specialist will coordinate internal TK efforts for all aspects of hospital planning, supporting other state representations with specific aspects of hospital reform. Key responsibilities include participating in hospital planning discussions and relevant committees with associations, authorities, ministries, and health insurance funds, as well as building and maintaining networks in hospital planning and reform. The position also entails qualifying and supporting TK negotiators to integrate hospital planning into budget negotiations.
