Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Service Manager to join a flexible, international group based in Lausanne (Vaud). You will be the central figure responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT services, ensuring high quality, availability, and continuous optimization across various group entities. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operational service delivery, rigorously tracking SLAs, supervising external vendors, and managing critical incidents and problems. A key part of the role involves producing and analyzing performance KPIs and driving continuous improvement of ITIL processes organization-wide. The successful candidate must possess confirmed experience in a similar role within an international setting, mastery of ITIL processes (v4 certification is a clear advantage), and excellent analytical and communication skills. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory for success in this dynamic, international work environment.

Experience

  • Confirmed professional experience as an IT Service Manager or similar role in an international environment.
  • Strong skills in managing external suppliers and coordinating internal teams.
