Job Summary

This strategic managerial role involves leading the regional demand forecasting strategy for an established international FMCG player. You will be responsible for ensuring high forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory, and driving overall supply chain performance. A core part of the job is leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment across commercial targets, financial goals, and operational capabilities. Day-to-day activities include developing advanced forecasting approaches, integrating modern planning solutions like Kinaxis, and generating accurate short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts based on market trends and commercial plans. You must possess a university degree and over seven years of relevant experience, including mandatory team leadership.
