Job Summary
The IT Services Manager will take ownership of the entire IT service lifecycle, encompassing design, transition, delivery, and continuous optimization. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational service management, strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and effective oversight of both internal teams and external vendors. A crucial element of the role involves managing and tracking major incidents, critical problems, and requests, alongside producing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive service improvement. This position requires active participation in IT projects, representing operations to guarantee seamless transitions into production. Success requires confirmed experience in a similar role within an international setting, deep mastery of ITIL processes (V4 certification is a strong asset), and fluent communication skills in both French and English. This is an excellent opportunity to promote best practices and continuous process improvement within a flexible, international environment in the Vaud canton.
