Job Summary
ATH-IT Solutions GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a dedicated IT Expert to join their team in Asselfingen, Germany, offering a hybrid work model. This role involves managing and optimizing customer networks, implementing and maintaining firewalls, and overseeing backup solutions. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for planning and maintaining server, network, and client infrastructures, as well as managing Microsoft 365 environments. Day-to-day tasks include providing 1st and 2nd-level support via remote, phone, and on-site visits, and resolving IT disruptions efficiently. This position is perfect for someone passionate about IT, eager to grow their skills in a supportive and innovative team, and contribute to advanced IT solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in Windows Server environments (AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, Fileservices)
- Professional experience in network technology (Switching, Routing, VLAN, VPN, WLAN, Firewalls – ideally Securepoint & Fortinet)
- Professional experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, license management)
- Professional experience in IT support (phone, remote, and on-site)
- Understanding of IT security fundamentals (antivirus, backup, patch management, authorization concepts)
