Job Summary

This role is for a Process Manager passionate about optimizing business processes, specifically within the proALPHA ERP system with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Day-to-day, you will conduct requirements analyses, develop implementation concepts, and optimize processes related to order processing and materials management. Key responsibilities include managing projects with technical interfaces to the ERP system, creating specifications with service providers, performing acceptance tests, and providing documentation and training. You will also handle IT tickets related to the ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a commercial background, strong proALPHA experience, problem-solving skills, and high IT affinity.
