Job Summary

This role is for a Project Manager to lead the procurement and construction of substations, transformer stations, and switchgear, ensuring the successful integration of generated electricity into the grid. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initial planning and tender processes through to commissioning, focusing on deadlines, budget, and quality. Key responsibilities include preparing performance specifications, managing tender processes, coordinating with grid operators, handling building permit applications, and monitoring construction progress. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical or energy engineering and relevant professional experience in medium and high-voltage systems.
