This is a pivotal leadership role for a Head of Municipal Utilities, overseeing the operations of the Weilerbach municipal wastewater and public swimming pool facilities, as well as the 'Weihergruppe' water utility. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic direction, organizational development, personnel management, and administrative control. Required Skills
Education
University degree (e.g., Administrative Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or comparable) or completed Angestelltenprüfung II (Administrative Specialist II certification) or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Leadership experience in a comparable position
- Ideally, experience in a municipal environment
- Understanding of technical and commercial contexts in water supply, wastewater disposal, and the energy and environmental sector
Languages

- Class B driving license and willingness to undertake fieldwork; Willingness to use a private vehicle for official purposes against compensation is desired.
